Klipsch

About this resource

Klipsch is an audio brand founded by Paul W. Klipsch, whose engineering principles remain part of its official technology presentation. The current homepage covers loudspeakers, powered speakers and portable Bluetooth products as well as home-theater equipment. It promotes the Rebellion bookshelf speaker as a modern development of the founder’s 1958 design, rather than presenting that original design as unchanged. ^{[1] [2]}

The official technology page links its engineering philosophy to Paul W. Klipsch and four principles: high efficiency with low distortion, controlled directivity, wide dynamic range and flat frequency response. Controlled directivity is described as focusing acoustic energy into the intended listening area and reducing it elsewhere. These are stated design principles and aims, not independent proof that every model achieves identical measured performance. ^{[1] [2]}

The homepage presents The Nines, Sevens and Fives as a new generation of powered speakers using Onkyo engineering. It also features R-800F and R-30C loudspeaker entries, Flexus Core 300, and The One Plus and The Three Plus Bluetooth speakers. These examples show why the company’s catalogue includes different system arrangements: speakers used with other components, powered stereo products and portable listening options. ^{[1] [2]}
