SB Acoustics

About this resource

SB Acoustics is a loudspeaker-transducer brand combining design work from Danesian Audio in Denmark with manufacturing by Sinar Baja Electric in Indonesia. Its official company account identifies Sinar Baja Electric, established in 1981, as the business behind the brand and locates the privately held group in Surabaya. The arrangement is therefore a cross-country engineering and manufacturing partnership, not a purely Danish manufacturing identity. ^{[1] [2]}

The company develops its own products alongside a wider OEM and ODM manufacturing business. The SB Acoustics homepage provides driver catalogues, professional-speaker navigation and speaker-kit resources. Current video entries illustrate the range with a shallow subwoofer driver, SATORI dome midrange, an Air Motion Transformer and dome or ring-radiator tweeters. These are transducer and project-building routes rather than only finished loudspeakers for retail listening systems. ^{[1] [2]}

Kit material offers another entry point, with assembly videos for designs such as SASANDU, MICRO-C and ARA-Be. The downloadable catalogues are useful for moving from a driver category to its particular specification, while assembly material shows how selected components become a complete speaker project. The homepage’s open-source-kit label should not be expanded into a blanket licence for every SB Acoustics design or document. For a builder, the useful distinction is between selecting individual drivers and following an established kit with its own construction information. ^{[1] [2]}
