Madisound Speaker Store
Madisound Speaker Store is a Wisconsin supplier of loudspeaker drivers, crossover parts and DIY kits for builders worldwide. Its catalogue and linked resources support complete projects, individual component selection and cabinet work, with design assistance and separate repair-related reference routes.
About this resource
Madisound Speaker Store is operated by Madisound Speaker Components in Middleton, Wisconsin. It supplies drivers, crossover components and DIY speaker kits rather than selling only complete branded loudspeakers. The checked homepage identifies worldwide builders as its audience and illustrates a multi-brand catalogue with Markaudio, Satori, Scan-Speak, Peerless and Wavecor components. [1] [2]
Its broader official site divides drivers into full-range, midrange, tweeter, woofer, subwoofer, coaxial and professional applications. Kit categories include two-way, three-way, active, open-baffle and subwoofer projects. Crossover parts cover capacitors, inductors, resistors, assembled networks and digital processors, while cabinet supplies include damping, ports, fasteners and enclosure parts. This organisation supports either assembling an established kit or sourcing the elements of a custom design. [1] [2]
Examples currently featured include a Satori Raiya TX centre-channel kit, Markaudio small full-range drivers and a Scan-Speak Illuminator tweeter. The site also advertises DIY design support and links cabinet, crossover and driver-specification libraries, Fostex and Markaudio plans, and speaker calculators. Separate repair-checklist and restoration routes provide context for older speakers; their presence does not establish Madisound as an authorised service centre for every listed manufacturer. The component catalogue and technical libraries are complementary starting points for a builder. [1] [2]
